RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority! We are sorry that you’re unsatisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your newest purchase, we are commitmented to providing a refund or an exchange, subject to the following conditions :

  • Within fifteen (15) days of your order, for any item still labeled, unwashed and unworn, in its original condition, if accompanied by the original packing slip and this, for the amount paid.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any item purchased on sale (more than 15% discount) is considered as a FINAL SALE. The Ariane Carle Design store does not accept any returns, exchanges, refunds or credits on such purchases.

 

YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IN TWO WAYS

  • Report your purchase in store at 364, St-Joseph Boulevard West, Montreal, Quebec H2T 2N9
  • Through the mail, contact our customer service department at 514 495-1075 for further instructions.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit card used at the time of initial purchase. Shipping charges and sales taxes on delivery are non-refundable.
