Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your newest purchase, we are commitmented to providing a refund in the form of a credit note or an exchange, subject to the following conditions :
- Within fifteen (15) days of your order, for any item still labeled, unwashed and unworn, in its original condition, if accompanied by the original packing slip and this, for the amount paid.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any item purchased on sale (more than 15% discount) is considered as a FINAL SALE. Maison Ariane Carle store does not accept any returns, exchanges, refunds or credits on such purchases.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note applicable to any product in the store. Shipping charges and sales taxes on delivery are non-refundable.
